MMI Interviewer Sign Up (2025-2026)

Thank you for your interest in supporting our admissions initiatives!

We are currently looking for members of the Upstate community to help with our College of Medicine, MD Program and Physician Assistant, PA Program interviews.

The MMI (multiple mini interview) process is a blind, one-hour virtual session. During a session, you will meet individually with seven different applicants, spending six minutes with each, followed by a two-minute cooldown to record notes. Interested? Please complete the form below!

Conflict of Interest Statement
An interviewer must recuse themselves from interviewing candidates where there is a conflict of interest. Committee members must recuse themselves from voting on candidates where there is a conflict of interest.

Conflicts may arise from relationships that include but are not limited to:

Family members (genetic or by marriage)
Friend of the family (including children’s friends or classmates)
Mentoring relationships
