Group Visit/Presentation Request

Information about requesting a visit:

We do not offer group visits on weekends.
The Group Visit/Presentation Request form must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the requested visit date.
Group visits are contingent upon the availability of facilities, admission staff, and presenters.
Please note that submitting a request does not confirm the presentation.

Once we receive your request, we will contact you to coordinate. All students attending will be required to provide us their name, program of interest and contact information prior to their arrival to campus.
After the visit is confirmed, our Coordinator will reach out to the group organizer with a link or QR code to be passed along to the students attending to submit their information.

Information about the visit to Upstate:

If your number of attendees changes, you must notify Amy Abernatha at admiss@upstate.edu so we can make any necessary adjustments to the visit.

You must notify Student Admissions at 315-464-4750 if you will be arriving earlier or later than your scheduled time. Scheduled activities may need to be shortened or canceled if the group arrives late.

All attendees will go through security upon their arrival to Weiskotten Hall. We ask groups to allow additional time when planning their arrival time.

We require a minimum of 1 chaperone for every 10 students. The chaperones must stay with their group throughout the visit and will be responsible for the behavior of the students in their group. We expect the students to engage with any activities and presenters.
