The Open Hour gives prospective students an opportunity to discuss their questions with the Admissions Advisor for the College of Health Professions bachelor's degree programs.  This Zoom open forum may have one, or several people in attendance. Please input your information below to sign up to participate in this Zoom event.  And upload your unofficial college transcripts for a credit evaluation, which will be sent via e-mail. 

If you only need a credit evaluation, you can e-mail your unofficial transcripts to admiss@upstate.edu and request one.
